I think my heart is breaking....

So I was trying to back-up all my picture files to a CD, including the .psd files, and somewhere along the way 3/4th's of all my photos became hollow. (Damn my bad habbit of trying to preserve everything!) What I mean by this is that the icon and the picture are there but since there is no data in the picture, when I hover over the picture it just reads 0 bytes, it doesn't show up. I also tried to see if I could recover the blank pictures by just getting them back from the CD. However, all the pictures on the CD were blank as well. I'm not crying or anything over this but I do feel sickly nervous. At least most of the ones that were lost were sketchs I still have on me but the ones I sketched on the computer I can never get back. That includes the manga I had been working on for the TokyoPop contest. Out of the 20 pages I had sketched for the manga only 1 of them survived. Please, if anyone knows how to get my precious pictures back just message or comment. Heck if theres a person who knows how to get them back I'll draw them 2 fully colored pictures!

Wow its been forever since you've been on! Yeah sorries but I still haven't done it yet. My drawing class is pretty good. My ass just gets sore from sitting for 6 whole hours!
